Remember, at Blue Moon Computers, we don't bill our customers by the hour for repairs.
We offer flat rate pricing for all repair/upgrade work completed within our on-site service center! We just don't believe in charging an hourly rate like most other repair centers do.
Simply put, the customer would pay substantially more hourly if the repair/upgrade work were to be performed by an inexperienced and/or unmotivated technician. How do you even know for sure how many hours the technician actually spent repairing your computer? Our technicians are experienced and certified; therefore, we are confident that we can get the work done for the price quoted!
*$45 Pick Up/Delivery Fee Is In Addition To The Repair Charge. This service is not currently available at our West Warwick location.
