Blue Moon Computers offers various types of support to our valued customers:

Walk-In Repair Service:  Blue Moon Computers services all of our walk-in customers within our state of the art , on-site, lower level service center.  We have the area's lowest repair pricing structure (flat rate, NOT HOURLY) and offer the most comprehensive repair service for the dollar.  If an equipment analysis is requested at the time of drop-off, the analysis fee paid IS APPLIED to the final flat rate, repair price.  No gimmicks!  If you can't make it into our shop for service, we do offer pick-up/delivery service (within a 10 mile radius of our business) for an additional $45 fee. 

Contract Service:  Blue Moon Computers offers several types of walk-in (contracted) service plans.  These plans range from monthly/quarterly/semi-annual or annual maintenance/repair of a single computer or numerous computers.  These support plans include emergency service, telephone technical support/remote repair and routine scheduled maintenance.  The benefit of these contracted service plans is that they offer payment flexibility, a substantial monetary savings over multiple per incident, walk-in repairs and the peace of mind of having scheduled preventative maintenance with FREE emergency repair service if need be.  These plans are custom designed for you and your needs based on your type of equipment, frequency of repair, desired frequency of scheduled maintenance, etc.  Please contact Fred Beauchaine directly for plan pricing and available options (401) 783-2383.   

Commercial Client Support:  Whether your company needs support/upgrade/repair for an existing network or the design/build/maintenance of a new one, Blue Moon Computers offers our commercial client base unmatched service coupled with fair, honest rates.  We offer both contracted or hourly rate, per incident support plans for your convenience!  Please contact Barbara Beauchaine for availability and pricing (401) 783-2383 Ext. #10.

Custom Built Computer Support:  Every custom built Blue Moon Computer includes a full one year warranty on parts and labor!  Blue Moon only uses the highest quality components in our custom built systems.  Our customer's are happy to know that even if the BMC warranty runs out, their computer's processor (CPU), system board and hard drive are warrantied by their respective manufacturers for at least an additional two years thereafter!  In some cases, other components such as optical drives, video cards, etc. may have an extended warranty as well.  Compare that to the big box brand names where ALL of the components are only under warranty for 6 months to a year (based on their standard warranty)  Blue Moon Computers also offers extended warranties on our systems; up to four years at the time of purchase at VERY competitive rates!
